Amazing Tech Depot is an established company that provides for all your radio controlled toys and hobby needs. We sell remote controlled helicopters, Radio Control Boat, R/C RTF heli, RC electric airplanes, almost ready to fly ARF airplanes, nitro gas trucks, nitro gas cars, nitro gas buggies, mini micro electric cars, RC hovercrafts, micro remote controlled submarines, mini micro rc aircrafts, mini wireless spy cameras, large and small scale battle tanks, and many more toys for the general public and hobby people.

Sales Policies:

All sales are final. Sales Tax of 9% will be charged to all California residents, except resellers. All items carry a 30 days warranty unless otherwise noted. Returns of product, other than for exchange or replacement, are subject to a 20% return fee. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. No returns or exchange after 15 days of receipt will be honored. Returns must be postmarked before the 15 days of receipt to be valid. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a copy of the sales order or invoice. Customer must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they were new and working condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. Amazing Tech Depot will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. Amazing Tech Depot reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Any unauthorized adjustment, modification or alteration to product purchase through Amazing Tech Depot will NOT be accepted for replacement. Any product which has been damaged due to obvious improper packaging or handling will be returned to the customer with no CREDIT or REPAIR/REPLACEMENT GIVEN and the remaining warranty period will be VOID.

Amazing Tech Depot does not warrant that any product will meet the customer's requirements, or that the operation or use of any product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Customer's damages will be limited to return of the purchase price even if Amazing Tech Depot has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim against customer by another party. Amazing Tech Depot is not liable for any misuse of, damages and/or injuries caused by any products sold in our store.

Shipping Information:

We offer UPS shipment.

Most orders will ship the on the business day after the order is placed. Tracking information will usually be provided on the business day after the order ships.

Brokerage fees, import duties, VAT, or any other tariff, levy or fee are not included in the purchase price or the shipping and handling charges. Such fees and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party. To find out what taxes or fees will be applied to your order, please contact you local tax authority.

Return Policy & Procedures for Refund & Exchange

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at Amazing Tech Depot. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please follow the procedures below. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.

- Refunds
Refunds (minus the original shipping cost) will only be issued for the unopened/unused items(s). All other returns will be charged 20% restock fee and the balance will be issued credit in the form of an electronic Amazing Tech Depot Gift Card.

We will refund your money, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable along with the original pack slip. For returns without the original pack slip, you will be issued an electronic Gift Card.

- Exchanges
If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item and want to return your purchase for an exchange. Go ahead and return your item back to us and once received, you will be issued an electronic Gift Card (minus the original shipping cost) from us to shop for something else.

- Defective Product
We apologize in advance on behalf of the manufacturer if you received a defective item. Please understand that defects do occur occasionally. We know how frustrating this can be, and we want to help you quickly receive a working product.

If you receive an item that arrives to you undamaged in shipping, but it is unable to function properly due to manufacturing issues. Go ahead and send email to RMA@amazingtechdepot.com, so we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number to return your defective unit back to us for a replacement or store credit in the form of an electronic Gift Card.

- Damaged On Arrival
If your package arrives damaged during transit (from our warehouse to your shipping address), please refuse the package or return to the original carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service) shipping location within 24 hours marked "refused due to shipping damage". Then email us at RMA@amazingtechdepot.com so we can file a claim with carrier. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement by UPS.

Once a claim is filed, we will than promptly re-ship a brand new item to you.

- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. RMA Number may be requested 15 days from the date your product shipped from our warehouse. All items arriving at our warehouse without a RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label or on the outside of the box will be refused. We will not accept any returns sent COD. You may request your RMA number by emailing us at RMA@amazingtechdepot.com.

1. Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories.)

2. Include a copy of the original e-mail invoice. You may print this by logging into your account order history. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, & phone number.

3. For your protection, we recommend you send your return with a trackable carrier like UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.

4. Pack the item(s) securely and mail to the following address below.

Any deviation from the return policies and procedures as described above will result in a delay of your credit, and a restocking fee or possibly a cancellation of your return request.
